Research On Hidden Curriculum In Business Education

This paper is a study on the hidden curriculum of the corporation education. The study tried to introduce the traditional hidden curriculum theory to the research field of the corporation education, and systematized the knowledge of the hidden curriculum of the enterprise life from the theoretical level. Through the interview and a questionnaire survey to the sample company, collected the factors of the hidden curriculum which hidden in the life of the enterprise and combined with recessive course theory in the sample company. In order to read the corporation education from a new perspective, and to broaden the vision of the researching of the hidden curriculum. The result of the study mainly includes the following.1. The review and summarization to the existing research literature of the hidden curriculum. From the literature review, we can see that the development of the theory of traditional hidden curriculum is fairly mature, and there already have relevant monographs on home and abroad. But which researched from the adult education is rare, especially which from the scope of the Corporation education, still does not appear.2. On the base of the traditional theory of the hidden curriculum, made the theoretical analysis and conceiving about the content, characteristic, value, functionality, design, implementation, and assessment in the hidden curriculum of the corporation education. There exists both similarities and differences between the corporation education and the traditional school education in the research of the hidden curriculum. This study made a detailed theory analysis about the hidden curriculum of the corporation education combining with the characteristics of the enterprise life and the corporation education.3. With selecting Grape City as the research sample, the researcher collected lots of related materials of the enterprise environment, and the enterprise system, and the enterprise culture, and the enterprise training and so on of the sample company through the interview with the managers and questionnaire to the employee. With the analysis of these materials, demonstrate the existing of hidden curriculum in the corporation education and the enterprise life, and conceived how to design and how to implement, even how to assess the hidden curriculum of the sample company combined with the theory of the hidden curriculum corporation education.
