Research On Problems Of College Students’ Interpersonal Communication

College students’ interpersonal relationship has always been the great concern ofinstitutions of higher learning and an important issue in its ideological and politicaleducation.Study on college students’ interpersonal relationship helps college students’ideological and political research,help students to set up correct concept of interpersonalcommunication.Under the correct guidance,college students can have a better knowledgeof the techniques and methods in dealing with interpersonal relationship so that they canbecome physically and metally healthy.It has both theoretical and realistic significance ineliminating the negative impact from market economy and the effectiveness andscientification of ideological and political education.This paper first elaborates on the connotation of interpersonal communication,inter-personal related theory and its influence on the students. Problems existing ininterpersonal relationship can be found through the analysis of the characteristics ofit.Through combining the current actual situation and relevant theory on interpersonalrelationship both Chinese and overseas, setting up correct interpersonal relationship,cultivating their ability in dealing with interpersonal relationship,guiding them to carryout self-education,intensifying the guidance on network or cyberspace intercourse,acorrect way towards the settlement of this problem can be found.I hope that all thesementioned above will shed light on ideological and political education in institutions ofhighter learning.
