To cultivate Junior Middle School Students' good interpersonal skills is the basis for their physical and mental health development and their adaptation to society.Most of the Junior middle school students are single children.Their self-esteem and self-consciousness are strong.They are influenced by environment,family,way of thinking and life style.Interpersonal conflicts and estrangement often happen,which affect and restrict junior middle school students' health and development.Therefore,improving the interpersonal quality and communication ability of junior middle school students has become a hot issue to be solved.Starting from teaching practice,combined with the contents of morality and rule of law,this paper puts forward some countermeasures to cultivate Junior Middle School Students' interpersonal skills.The first part,on the basis of the expansion of the interpersonal communication range of junior high school students,the socialization of communication and the characteristics of friendship,points out the problems existing among the partners,between teachers and students,and between the parents and the network,and analyzes the reasons from the three sides of the society,the school and the family.The second part,according to the requirements of the new curriculum standard,expounds the necessity of cultivating the interpersonal communication ability of junior high school students in the teaching of morality and the rule of law,and demonstrates the feasibility of cultivating the interpersonal communication ability of junior middle school students in the teaching of morality and the rule of law from the rich material resources,the expansion of the communication demand and the three aspects of the students' wrong cognition.The third part,from the introduction process of classroom teaching and teaching process to cultivate the interpersonal communication ability of junior high school students.On this basis,it expounds the effect of classroom teaching: resolving the contradiction mechanism of communication,promoting the students' spirit of cooperation,enhancing students' awareness of rights and interests,changing the utilitarian color of students,so as to achieve the teaching goal.The fourth part points out the limitations of cultivating the interpersonal communication ability of junior high school students in the teaching of morality and the rule of law.In order to solve the problems,the author puts forward some suggestions on improving the motivation of the teachers and establishing the incentive mechanism of the students in three aspects,so as to give some suggestions and suggestions for the post teaching.
