| As the process of society and curriculum reform, primary school teachers assume more responsibility and mission, they confront a huge change on the role of work, they has accessed to the inside of the curriculum system, at some extent, deepen and deepen. In the end, power of primary school teachers in curriculum appears as a necessity. How to make the primary school teachers break away from the dilemma and utilize their power of curriculum has become the significant and realistic problem we have to face.In this paper, we collect information from several primary school in Nanjing, and by mean of solid evidence research,we present the current situation of primary school teachers’ curriculum power, and try to analyse some reasons about the difficult position. In the end, we expose some relevant facts, and come up with a number of tactics about this problem. The basic frame of the paper as follows:The first section is Introduction part, it has a major introduction about the origin of the primary school teachers’ curriculum power, give a literature summarization and a plan of the research, then state the significance of this study on this problem.The second section relate and analyze the definition of the primary school teachers’curriculum power, and elaborate its value.The third section analyse the conclusive factor of the primary school teachers’ curriculum power at first, and at the basis of data, describe the current situation from curriculum policy, school administrationã€teacher as individualã€teacher as group and so on respectively, then in the end of this section, make clear the cause of this current situation.The forth section:in view of investigation, we give some countermeasures in order to improve the situation of the primary school teachers’ curriculum power from three angulations:law and policy levelã€school levelã€individual level. |
