Experience, as a fundamental way of human existence, is an experience of life. Walk into the life and show the real society to students, so that the students can generate their own understanding or cognitive of the different experience of moral situation.Arouse students’ experience and touch their sould in this process, and then they will translate these into their moral beliefs.The traditional moral education focuses on the impart of student s’moral. In fact, ethics is not a dogma, but is the norms of human’s behavior, which permeate into all social relations. Only the students participate in the moral practice, can they have the personal experience and harvest of the content and significance of ethics.This paper attempts to explore the significance of experience for students’ development and moral cultivation from defining the concept of experience,moral experience and the law of moral formation. Experience can be freed from the knowledge of moral education and return to innocence and life, so that the student can appreciate the moral content and meaning, and achieve higher moral realm from their exporation and selection.This article is written by the basis of materialist concept of Marxism, the concept of development and the view of human nature.It puts forwad the disadvantages of moral edution in colleges by learning from the psychological research and a lot of facts and examples.Then it summarizes the methods of waking up and deepening the students’ experiences in the moral edution of colleges on the basis of the summary of teaching practice.
