Issued by the file from the Ministry of Education——?the further promote about the balanced development of compulsory education?, it puts forward a number of requirements for the educational administrative departments to manage every school better and pay more attention to each child for their healthy growth, and abridge the gap between urban and rural, regional and inter-school effectively, and gradually leads to the balanced development of compulsory education. The new curriculum reform claims that the school education should face to all students, to promote the overall development of students, to promote students'active development. In other words, the new curriculum reform calls for that the education and teaching really build the foundation for the lifelong development of every student, rather than leaves a student left behind. So we must pay attention to the education of everyone. But students are from different kinds of families, each student has his own process of growth, his own growth environment and his own characteristics. Because of the complex and changing of the genetic quality, each student reflects the different personality traits. Education in schools is so uniform that a phenomenon inevitably exists in our school education which is that a group of students who learn more difficult than others. If the schools neglect this special group of students, it can not be the overall improvement in quality of school education. Therefore the transformation of students who learn more difficult, paying attention to the care and assistance for those students, not leaving any poor students behind are more significance. From the transformation process of the rural junior high school students with difficult learning, the reasons for these problems, the methods and measures to address these issues and other aspects, this passage gives its own thinking and assessment. To address the educational issues for rural junior high school "poor" students, the writer proposes to start from classroom teaching, to use the new teaching model and establishing the efficient classroom; besides, advocating multi-method conversion and multi-channel transformation could contribute to achieve the most effective educational effect.
