There is a variety of complex teaching skills in the teaching process, the microteaching group teaching is a scientific and rational classification of these skills, offers targeted special training, and a cneative way to improve the teaching skills of trainers. Homogenous group teaching is a teaching method, and it has been used in modern teaching frequently. It can create better learning conditions for students and fastn the development of students in different levers a certain extent for different level students. So, it’s scientific and effective to combine microteaching approach with homogeneous grouping pedagogy in the special sports teaching. Microteaching approach combined with homogeneous grouping pedagogy can ensure college physical education teachers to achieve the targets of teaching objectives in the college sports specific teaching.By adopting the methods of literature, questionnaire survey, expert interviews, experimentai method and mathematical statistics method,and etc.the aims to improre the students basic teacling skills in table tennis. the author of this paper combined microteaching approach with homogeneous grouping pedagogy to research. In the experiments, the author selected sixty Grade2010students in two classes of Langfang Teachers College to conduct a comparative study. Data access to the National Library, the Beijing Book Building, Beijing Sports University Library etc. And to find information on the Internet, like CNHI ect.At the beginning of the study, the author consult a large number of literature, visit many experts, and survey questionnaires. In the end this reseachls the superiorily of confirm the method,that is microteaching approach with homogeneous grouping pedagogy in the special sports teaching.The experiment in the Langfang Teachers collcge lasts18weeks. The statistical experimental data is from the final examination. And the data is analyzied by using SPSS and Excel software.Results show that it’s better to combined microteaching approach with homogeneous grouping pedagogy than general microteaching and ordinary group teaching. And microteaching approach combined with homogeneous grouping pedagogy is more effective and scientific to improve the students’ teaching skills. At the beginning of Homogeneous grouping the learning atmosphere is more active, and the learning objective is more clear. The later period in the micro-standard teaching is good for the role conversion from students into teachers. And it can make normal university students understand and grasp the teaching skills faster. The purpose of this study is expected to provide reference for sports teaching of other courses and train excellent physical education teachers.
