Nowadays, in the economic globalization situation, English has become theimportant language tool connected closely with people’s work and life. Englishteaching in junior middle school is facing unprecedented challenges. In recent years, thecurriculum reform has made a lot of progress, many English teachers try to have thechange of teaching methods, accepted to students as the main body, complete theteaching content in the process of interaction with the students and other advancedteaching ideas, but in the design of the ways of interactive teaching, there are also manydisadvantages. The English class appears lively, however, students didn’t get enoughknowledge or improve the abilities after the activities. Teachers failed to realize theteaching purpose.The research purposes were established for these problems, that is, through theresearch in practice in the interactive way of English teaching we can stimulatestudents’ study interest in English and find some effective strategies of interaction. Inaddition, the students’ communicative ability were enhanced.Social constructivism, humanism theory of the interactive teaching method has alot of related elaboration. The research of interactive teaching was carried out on thebasis of these theories. Through the experiment, observation, interview, questionnaireand testing, compared the interactive teaching model of teaching English withtraditional English teaching. We can get the solution that the interactive way of teachingcan be effective and feasible to improve the students’ interest in English andcommunicative ability.The experiment proved that using interactive teaching mode can improve thejunior middle school students’ interest in learning English and learning efficiency, andon students’ English communication ability training have stimulating effection.
