Nowadys knowledge and morality is separated, and the process of morality educationis not implemented by virtue of the principles of the student’s psychological development,thus the major status of the students is ignored. In order to locate more efficientmanagement model and stronger combinations of all sides to cultivate the students’potential, stimulate the students as well the teachers’ motivation for a better moralityeducation in many schools, this thesis aims at tackling all these questions by adopting thefollowing methods: action research method, specific method, investigation and researchmethod with which the purposes, principles and significances of school orientatedmorality textbooks are compiled and used efficiently.The thesis attempts the strategies of exploring and using of the school-based moralitybooks. A new perspective of morality education is adopted for the students’ value,emotions, and studies which multiply the benefits for the students. At the same time, thenumber of elite teachers has multiplied with the new notion of morality educationemployed in the school as well as the new stages of morality education comes into the lifeof staff.
