Society’s development enters the new historical period, the time development requests to determine the value of children scientific education and the center of educational goal. Ministry of Education Promulgated a promulgated document for guiding current preschool education curriculum reform, preschool education guiding outline (trail enforcement) in2001. It proposed explicitly "independent inquisition" and "the return life" takes the kindergarten scientific education the primary intention. After that, many areas put up many kinds of activity of social curriculum. In this case, the author takes a kindergarten in Fushun of Liaoning province as example. And applies literature, observation and visitation to study the actuality and influence factors of the kindergarten-based curriculum of science implement in this kindergarten.Results are indicated:at present, teachers have much achievement, such as they have paid attention to the children’s emotion; attitude; values. In the science activity, the prominent children’s main status returns the scientific culture to the life, returns to the children. Teachers play the role of supporter and guide for young children to explore scientific and increase self-help and support for children the opportunity to provide more hands-on practice. Evaluation of the activities, kindergarten will be combined with another variety of evaluation methods. Obtains through the research present affects the primary factor which B kindergarten scientific culture garden this curriculum implements to include that factors form the president (time distribution difficult to grasp, curriculum from the garden long factor to lead consciousness to be light, curriculum division of powers fuzzy); From teachers’factor (teachers’ knowledge and ability, teachers’ role); Neglects the kindergarten exterior resources.With analysis of the actuality and influence factors of the science curriculum implement in this kindergarten. The author makes suggestions:president must establish the lead consciousness and improve the curriculum leadership, apply effective measures to improve the teachers’diathesis, enhancement on-the-job training mechanism and research activity, apply effective measures to gain sustenance from the paterfamilias and society to promote science curriculum implements.
