Today, political multi-polarization and economic globalization continue tofurther development, whether foreign or domestic, all are in a large changeand major adjustments Period. In particular, the surging tide of marketeconomy swept through all areas and each level of society, make theinterests of society main body presents diversity situation. The valueorientation of people is also undergoing profound and rapid changes, whichcontinue to impact and test the reform of primary and secondary schoolcurriculum. To a certain extent, can be said that the new curriculum reformcall for the change of Teachers’ teaching value orientation, because only thedirect perpetrators of the teaching-the teacher can really touch the soul ofreform. But there is a big deviation that the goals and the value orientationof primary and secondary school teachers teaching and curriculum reform.Too many Teachers’ value orientation existence of the strong utilitarianism,this not only contrary to the requirements of the new curriculum reform,more serious is that directly influence on students’ all-round and healthygrowth.The study based on the theory of Marx on the theory of the all-rounddevelopment of man and humanistic theory. By using the method ofdocumentary, investigation method trying to find and study the current ofour country middle and primary school teacher teaching value orientationproblems, problems causes and negative effect. Put forward what teachingvalue orientation of China’s primary and middle school teachers should haveunder the background of the new curriculum reform. This study classify theteaching value orientation creatively on the basis of previous achievementsaccording to goal, content, method and evaluation of the teaching value. Atthe same time, in order to avoid some problems,such as confusion ofconcepts, contradiction is unclear, demonstration of main body andproblems do not correspond, focusing on the analysis of some easy confusion relationships, such as the relationship between subject and objectin the teaching value, teaching value and function and the teaching goalrelations and so on. These all laid the foundation for further search about thevarious elements of the value orientation of teaching problems and establisha reasonable teaching value orientation system. In addition, this paper alsopresents the unique views on some aspects such as the relationship betweensubject and object of teaching, students’ comprehensive developmentcontent and the strategies of teaching assessment.Hoping that an ideal system of Teachers’ teaching value orientation can beconstructed through this study, making Teachers’ value orientation criticallyabsorb the essence of traditional teaching value standard, also adapt to thenew teaching standard of value. At the same time guiding teachers to realizeteaching reality, grasping the correct teaching value orientation put intoaction, so that teachers can realize the purpose of students’ all-round andhealthy growth.
