Happiness has always been the eternal theme of human pursuit, and teacher’s happiness is the call for human nature, the requirement of education. As teacher’s perception and belief on own teaching ability, teaching efficacy is the most important part in the professional construction for teachers. It is an important factor influencing teacher’s happiness. Researching on the relationship between teaching efficacy and happiness plays an important role to improve teacher’s happiness.The article has randomly selected250teachers in four junior high schools in Zhongshan City, Minzhong Town with multiple happiness questionnaire and teaching efficacy scale for investigation, in order to examine the applicability of’multiple happiness questionnaire’in the teacher group in junior high school, investigate the current situation and difference between teacher’s happiness and teaching efficacy, and discuss the relationship between teaching efficacy and happiness.Investigation result shows:’Multiple happiness questionnaire’has good validity with better indicator, matching the surveying standard, applicable to teacher group in junior high school, which is an effective surveying tool to measure the happiness.2. The junior high school teacher happiness in Zhongshan City, Minzhong Town is a little higher than the mean level. On the gender difference of happiness, other latitude differences are not significant except the negative emotion. On the dimension of negative emotion, males are obviously higher than females (P=.00); On the subject difference of happiness, art, music, sport and information technology have better performance than other subjects in the aspects of life satisfaction, positive emotion, negative emotion and self-value (P<.05); On the grade difference of happiness, the teacher’s happiness difference in each grade is not significant.3. Teacher’s teaching efficacy in the junior high school in Zhongshan City, Minzhong Town is strong, especially the teachers in our town have strong personal teaching efficacy and common teaching efficacy. On the gender and grade differences, the difference of teacher’s teaching efficacy is not significant; On the subject difference, each subject has the difference between obvious total teaching efficacy and common teaching efficacy, and art, music, sports and information technology are obviously higher than other subjects.The relationship between teacher’s efficacy and happiness is significant, and teaching efficacy owes obvious prediction on the happiness.
