Chinese new high school curriculum reform has been carried out for many years, the main aspects of this reform is a major change in course structure, the new course structure by field of study, the subjects of the module level. Chemistry and Physics, under the same belongs to the field of science, the biological, chemical and biological subject matter and there part of the association. The course objectives and requirements of the scientific literacy of the students as the fundamental purpose, chemical and biological are under the fields of science, whether chemical literacy and biological literacy and other areas of science subjects literacy and be able to achieve the purpose of training of scientific literacy.Chemical and biological use of compulsory and elective modules of teaching in order to meet the diverse needs of students, to stimulate students’ interest. However, after a long period of teaching practice, inevitably there are some problems, of which the most prominent problem of convergence of the knowledge content. The reasonable performance of the knowledge of the order to allow the students a better understanding of subject knowledge to meet the students to explain the curiosity of the world, better able to develop students’scientific literacy.Firstly, I start from the historical origins of the chemical and biological disciplines, and analyze the importance of a reasonable course structure, and summarizes the characteristics of the U.S. science curriculum structure, and our implementation of the research status of the subject exchange. After from the standards of curriculum, teaching materials, respectively, to analyze the chemical and biological relevance of course content, and classification compared and analyzed. Combined made a questionnaire, the actual teaching situation. Finally, do some analysis of the survey results. Some help and learn from actual teaching.
