Study On The Problem Of Students That Were Taken In The Next Grade In Regular Universities And Colleges

With the year-after-year enlargement of college enrollment，the model of highereducation is converting from elite education into a popular education gradually，making thestudents’ resources quality declination, And the quality of the college students is irregular.For the learning basis is not solid，the learning method is poor， the learning attitude is notcorrect， and self-control dint is bad，causing part of students can’t adapt the university tostudy，many of their subjects may failed, their achievements are bad. They are unable tocomplete the courses as required in the primary grade，then a special group of students thatwere taken in the next grade is appearing. According to relevant statistics，most of theuniversities in our country have the students that were taken in the next grade，and the numberis growing. Therefore， it is very important for the improvement of the higher educationsystem in theory value and practical significance to research the problem of students that weretaken in the next grade.This paper takes the A university in Jilin province as an example，the study object is thestudents that were taken in the next grade in the A university，then adopting the method thatsamples randomly to select the interviewer，talking with them in the pattern of semi structuredinterview，and through data collection and data analysis，finding their common features andthe influencing factors， in the end，proposing some countermeasures and suggestions to solvethe problem of students that were taken in the next grade.The main research contents are divided into the following four parts: the first partincludes the introduction and the first chapter， expounding the background and significance，then proposing the research method of this paper,based on this，designing the research project;The second part is the second chapter， analyzing the problem of students that were taken inthe next grade of the A university in Jilin province，summarizing their characteristics，andanalyzing the problem and pressure of the students themselves and the teaching management.The third part is the third chapter，mainly exploring the causes of this problem from fouraspects contending the individual，school，family and society; The fourth part is the fourthchapter，summarizing the study results of the students that were taken in the next gradeproblem in normal colleges and universities，proposing some suggestion for this problemfrom many angles.
