Student Ratings of Teaching as a school teaching quality evaluation system, an important part of many schools at home and abroad, especially college attention. Many colleges and universities have carried out teaching evaluation activities, teaching evaluation period or the end of the school teaching job evaluation schedule. For this reason, the university’s evaluation of teaching activities to attract the attention of most researchers, most of the scholars are from the perspective of universities, research universities in the various aspects of teaching evaluation, teaching evaluation activities for the college improvement and development of a guidance and advice. For primary and secondary school teaching evaluation was carried out by few people interested, but the lack of comment from an empirical point of view to teach the problem. Therefore, this article will be based on the survey of high school teaching evaluation studied the problems, on the one hand, found that high school teaching evaluation activities, there is the problem; the other hand, analysis by investigating the causes, find solutions to problems methods and strategies.This paper is divided into five parts:the first part, the main background of this study is described, Research, research significance, and research methods. The second part, drawing on the basis of previous studies, an overview of the content of teaching evaluation, discusses the significance of teaching evaluation. The third part, through questionnaires and interviews, the results from the statistical data to find and summed up the problems that exist in teaching evaluation. Part IV, further analysis of the survey results, discussion, teaching evaluation issues for digging out the causes. Fifth part, explain the problem and cause analysis, based on the teaching evaluation activities for the various problems arising problems, to propose specific solutions and strategies.Through the survey found that high school and university teaching evaluation activities as there are many problems, such as the scientific evaluation indicators designed to teach teachers to teach to the assessment results and low satisfaction, these problems are institutional factors, it was also factors. In this paper put forward solutions from various angles of high school teaching evaluation of the strategies and measures, such as design evaluation of teaching science indicators, establish and improve the teaching evaluation system.
