The cooperation in running schools between China and foreign countries is the important impetus to the internationalization of higher education, especially in engineering education. And more and more universities and engineering majors have cooperated with foreign universities and colleges. This research selects some domestic well-known institutions relating to the cooperation in running schools between China and foreign countries for case analysis, involving culture concept、training target、talent standard、teaching content and course system、management system and evaluation methodsand the employment situation of graduates. The research tries to find out the advantages and disadvantages of the cooperation in running schools between China and foreign countries in the field of engineering education.This article is divided into the following sections:Firstly, this article presents the engineering talents training situation of the major developed countries in Europe and America, then induces their features in engineering training, analyzes and compares the same points and differents of France、Britain、Germany and America in ergineering talents training.Secondly, based on the success and the features of four countries in engineering talents training, this article selects8domestic cases in engineering talents training cooperation between china and france、Britain、Germany and America.The8cases is Sino-French Engineer Institute of Beijing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics,Sino-European Institute of Aviation Engineering, the chinesisch-Deutsches-Hochschuklleg of tongji university, Sino-German College of Technology of East china university of science and technology,Nottingham Ningbo,international college of Beijing university of posts and telecommunication, University of Michigan-Shanghai Jiao Tong University, Jilin University Lambton College, then presents the process and features of the8cases in engineering talents training cooperation, and throuth the comparison and analysis in talent training goal,teaching content and course system,teacher team construction, management system to find the problems of engineering talents training cooperation between china and foreign countries in domestic, and draw lessons from foreign successful experience, to provide advices for engineering talents training.This article use literature research method, research method, case analysis and interview method, I got many first-hand information throuth the case study and interview, so this will be valuable and significant for further understanding and research on ergineering talent training cooperation between china and foreign countries.
