With the development of the information society, information technologyeducation need teachers improve their teaching quality，they are the main participantsof the teaching in class and education reform. With the standards of EducationalTechnology Ability issued, many teachers education technology literacy has beengreatly improved as a result of teachers’ educational technology ability training of ourcountry, but normal school student’s educational technology literacy cultivate are notvery satisfied, primary and secondary school teachers main learning and training inthe normal school before they become a real teacher.
