With the development of the information society, information technologyeducation need teachers improve their teaching quality,they are the main participantsof the teaching in class and education reform. Only if the teachers achieve a certainlevel of education technology literacy, using the educational technology theory ofknowledge and skills in the classroom teaching, then improve the teaching quality,and promote the development of education reform. With the standards of EducationalTechnology Ability issued, many teachers education technology literacy has beengreatly improved as a result of teachers’ educational technology ability training of ourcountry, but normal school student’s educational technology literacy cultivate are notvery satisfied, primary and secondary school teachers main learning and training inthe normal school before they become a real teacher. The education quality of normalschool is related to the quality of basic education and our country’s future, there iswhy the educational technology literacy training is particularly important.The writer analyze the relevant literature data at home and abroad and try to graspthe current level of normal school student’s educational technology literacy throughby census and talking to the normal school student of one higher normal college inLiaoning Province, then summarize the problems in the educational technologyliteracy training according to analysis the data, such as: lack of the normal schoolstudent’s educational technology literacy standards; the Modern EducationalTechnology Common Course content is very widely and the school hour distributeunreasonable; the evaluation way of the course is very single etc. The above problemslead the consequent of educational technology literacy training is not ideal, so, thewriter make a deep research and analysis on the problems, proposed to speed up theformulation and promulgation of the standard of educational technology, integrate thenormal school student’s educational technology training to the primary and secondaryteacher educational technology training, suggest construct an educational resourceslibrary and establish an elective course to remedy the modern educational technologycommon course, reform the modern educational technology common course systemperfect.
