In May2006,Ministry of Education, Ministry of Finance, Ministry of Personnel, theOffice jointly issued a “School Teachers in Rural Compulsory Education Program toImplement the Plan of Ad Hoc Job”,which has been implemented in batches with five yearsfrom2006. In2010, Ministry of Education promulgated the “Outline of A Program forNational Medium-to-Long-Term Educational Reform and Development (2010-2020)“,whichprovides that the plan for ad hoc job of school teachers in rural compulsory education isimplemented continuely and brought into the construction of the teacher troop in ruralcompulsory education.Teaching research is an effective way to strengthen the construction ofteacher troop in special post.Because of the characteristics of teachers in their own specialpost and the restrict of various external conditions,the special-post teacher existes seriousproblems in the process of teaching research. This study selects parts of Yuncheng City,Shanxi Province primary school special-post teachers as an object of study, throughquestionnaires, interviews, tap out the status of teaching research of the special-post teacher,identify problems and explore measures to provide theoretical guidance and method ofreference for teaching research.The study is divided into three parts. The first part focuses on the reasons andbackground put forward in this thesis, and systematically sortes out the study of teachingresearch on special-post teacher at home and abroad to find the starting point of this study,andthen put forward the purpose and significance of the study,as well as put forward theconnotation of the teaching research of special-post teacher,the research methods andimplementation process in this study based on the analysis of related concepts of sepcial-postteacher and teaching research.The second part concerns to the investigations of the status in teaching research of thespecial-post teacher and the analysis for main issues.Contents of the survey include:knowledge and attitude to teaching research of special-post teacher;the actualsituation of teaching research; feedback of the special-post teacher and the problems in theirteaching research.The survey results show that:in Yuncheng City,part of special-post teacher’steaching research has made some achievements.At the same time,there are also manyproblems to be solved.The mainly are reflected in:the lack of enthusiasm in teaching research;lack of reflective teaching research;unideal effect in teaching research; lack of researchresources and opportunities; imperfect of the teaching research system.The third part aims to suggest the five proposals to improve the situation of the teachingresearch in special-post teacher according to the survey result and the main problems:raisingthe enthusiasm of the special-post teacher; taking a reflective mode of teachingresearch;broadening the resources of teaching research andproviding adequate funding forteaching and research;improving the teaching research security system; full attention andsupport given by the community.
