In recent years, with the development of the theory of sports training study, some expertsand scholars to recognize past simply for the muscles for big strength training, it is hard toimprove the grade of the athlete, they will this ever basically use in fitness and rehabilitationof field strength training method expands to the sports field, puts forward the core strengthtraining theory. Core strength training as a completely new ideas being sports trainingattention and after copy and processing is widely used in all kinds of projects in competitivesports. Core stability is the core part of training pointer muscle group and its deep smallmuscles to strength, stability and balance ability give priority to training. Core stabilitytraining is a pointer to the core muscle groups and small deep muscle with strength, stability,balance ability training. Core stability training role in the performance of the motion to keepthe body posture, link force to provide support, enhanced stability, improve nerve musclesystem coordinated control ability. Because badminton is an intense fight, attack and defenseconversion varied sports, athletes need on the field in the form of continuous emergency stop,fast, and always accompanied by a linear variable speed and variable motion curve, the bodyhas been in a stable, unstable and stable state of the fast conversion, but also use a variety oftechniques to fight back the opponent’s ball. Therefore, on Badminton Players’ physical abilityraised taller requirement. In this paper, by using the methods of expert interview, literaturematerial law, the relevant academic literature and authorship studies, as well as the expertconsultation, the paper has established the direction, experimental design and core strengthtraining methods and means, based on the20special badminton teaching experiment, thisresearch gets relevant data, directed at the core strength training on badminton athlete’s impactdata comparative analysis. According to the analysis results show that, the core strengthtraining can support the badminton players in batting technology improves, and theachievement effect is better than the general strength training; core strength training cancomprehensively improve and wool ball athletes physical quality; Core strength training caneffectively improve the badminton athlete’s stable balance ability, general strength trainingcan also be for badminton athlete’s balance stability and ability to significantly improve thecore strength training, but the effect is more obvious, and the training demands more in linewith the badminton sport, before hitting the ball back to the equilibrium stability; The specialsection in the training of damage people obviously less than a control group, particularly inthe relatively easy to cause damage upper and lower extremities, the proportion of the damage was significantly lower than the control group, it shows that the core strength training in thecore region badminton players the functional sex of the muscles of the increase at the sametime, still can prevent and reduce the risk of damage.
