Classroom teaching is the primary form of modern school education, The effect and the quality of classroom teaching is the basic guarantee to realize the goal of school education. Class misbehavior will always exist in classroom teaching activity extensively, which disrupt classroom teaching order, and which not only affects the quality and output of classroom teaching, but also does harm to the development of teaches as well as students. Relatively speaking, as a special group, secondary vocational school students present more complex and severe class misbehavior. How to correct class misbehavior of secondary vocational school students, has become a difficult problem to their teachers. Reduction of secondary vocational school students’ class misbehaviors has great significance to improve the teaching quality in secondary vocational schools, and the promotion of students’ quality education.In this paper, the authors combine their many years of teaching experience in secondary vocational school, and based on the research on tremendous papers to understand class misbehavior as well as study on the teachers and students of Financial School of Changsha by questionnaire, personal interview and case analysis, etc, by describing the manifestation of class misbehavior and analyzing its factors which includes students, teachers and environment, this article will present a corrective strategy for class misbehavior for the reference vocational school teachers in the field. After the question raised, the second part of this article mainly summarized the characteristics of secondary vocational school students’ class misbehaviors. In the third part, analysis the influencing factors of secondary vocational school students class misbehavior, include the students, teachers, teaching methods and environmental. There are some suggestions to secondary vocational school teachers:1、Secondary vocational school teachers should create rules to prevent classroom misbehavior;2、Regulate different misbehaviors;3、Master the techniques of psychological guidance for misbehavior-ed students;4、Deliberately class-planning to reduce classroom misbehavior;5、Improve vocal expression in class to keep the students focused.
