The team participation refers to a dynamic process to administrate and develop the management of organization, in a joint and harmonious way, by a cohesive, belonging-sensed and responsible team consisted of two or more persons who have a joint target. To carry out the administration of college teachers’team participation is good for democratizing in the process of college administration and rationalizing programs, enhancing college organization’s centripetal force and cohesive force, improving the cooperative thought among teachers, and enlarging the domain of teacher cooperation. With the persistent improving of social democratic thought, the wiling of teachers to take part in college’s administration affairs is stronger and stronger, the study on the participation in administration in the form of teachers team becomes an unavoidable issue in the present studies of educational administration. It’s an advantageous way to solve the problems in the present reform of high education’s organization in China, to study on it will present a very important theoretical and practical significance.The administration of college teachers’team participation is good for teachers’ decision-making and management interests. It can help teachers realize the decision-making and management influence and is good for the promotion of teachers participation in decision-making and management and growth together, it is decided by the organizational climate, interpersonal interaction, capacity, shared values and other factors. The administration of college teachers’team participation not only has its own unique process, but also has a variety of forms of organization. In practice, our country the administration of college teachers’team participation the main problems is the heavy personal involvement, light team participation; heavy stage participation, light the whole program participation; heavy to intellectual involvement, light decisive participation. The causes of the problems are the participants and managers of the team involved in the backward management idea, to participate in the management of the system design is not perfect and failing to effectively implement, participation in management activity is too simple. To solve the problems about our country of administration of college teachers’ team participation, including establishing teacher team participation in the concept, to improve the teachers’team participation mechanism, to enrich teacher team to participate in activities.
