School management is essential for a school's daily running and development.So a proper and effective school management model marks the difference of education quality and goals achievement.School teachers.who carry out actually teaching activities,have an undoubted role in school management.This not only reflects the democratization of education management,but also the need of education management modernization.In addition,as school education and teaching management reforms are closely related to teachers themselves.they should never have negative involvement in the school management.Therefore,study on such school management model does have a certain significance in practical use.Using literature study and questionnaire methods to study teachers' engagement in school management and their wishes to participate,this study intended to work out the current problems of school management and their related causes.In the case of No.1 Middle School of Zhongshan City,under the methods of action research,experience and theoretical analysis,it tried to summarize the pattern of school management of middle school teachers.After that,using the comparative method,it summed up the validity of this model,This thesis has six parts:The first part is an introduction,mainly on the issues raised in this study,the purpose and significance of the research,domestic and foreign research review,research ideas and methods.The second part is an overview of teacher participation in school management,mainly on the concept and theoretical basis of teachers' participation in school management,The third part is the analysis of the survey and how and why such major problems exist,and the linking factors.The fourth part is the discussion of school management construction,with a list of flowcharts.The fifth part is the formation and practice of school management model of No.1 Middle School of Zhongshan City.The sixth part is about the analysis of effectiveness in the model of school management participation of the above teachers mentioned.What is new in this thesis lies the problems themselves that the researchers studied,which is far beyond theoretical analysis on school management,with specifically practical operating guidance.Such practical application of the Model serves to enhance the real sense of democracy in school management,helping teachers take real participation,its experience and methods also provides plenty of insights for other middle schools.
