Children’s Welfare house is an important livelihood project for the Ministry of Civil Affairs, in addition to state funding support; community has given great love and concern. However, from the implementation of the current situation, more and more people pay attention to the welfare house in hardware facilities and material living conditions’ improvements, and rarely in the spiritual life of children. Orphans and disabled children in Welfare house, which live in a circumstance almost all of peer group, without parental protection, have to protect themselves and gain what they want by being strong and bullying others. Bullying has become their "essential medicine" and the influence either on bully or bullied growth is extremely harmful. In this paper, author take Shenzhen Children’s Welfare house as the research site, using field research, participant observation, and the method of case work and group work to intervene children’s bullying behavior, illuminating the concept and value of social work.This paper is divided into three parts:Part Ⅰ:The first part includes the introduction and review of the literature; the research significance and the definition of the concept; introduction of the research object and research methods; inspiration on the related literature and the review of related literature.Part Ⅱ:The second part is mainly the use of social work methods in the bullying behavior of children, describes the intervention process case and group work, analysis of the behavior of children of different disabled reasons, needs and intervention results.Part Ⅲ:The third part is the conclusion, summarizes the research conclusion, the author reflects on the research, put forward the innovation of the article and the future.
