With the development of economy, the problems of economic reform and transformation of state-owned enterprises were exposed In the late twentieth century.Social problems generated, then social stability is threatened.As a professional tool to solve social contradictions and to maintain social stability,social work should be given attention by government, and be used in the society construction. In order to realize the function of professional social work, it must set up a professional team of social workers to provide services to the public.As the backup force of professional social work team building, Social work students play a critical role to the development of social work in China and professional team establishment. However, the degree of recognition for the social work profession is generally low and lower willingness to engage in social work majors, making social Talents in China blocked. Therefore, research on the professional identity of social work and its influencing factors make an important impact on enhancing the degree of recognition of the social work profession and professionals establishment.The paper focuses on the Professional Identity of Social Work Student and the Effect on Employment.Firstly,this paper analyzes social work, professional identity and employment-related issues with literature method. Through empirical research on university students majored in social work,we investigate the basic information, personal attitude towards social work major and employment intention. By aggregating data, we summed up the macro and micro factors affecting the social work professional identity. Combined with the investigation of social work majors subjective attitudes and employment considerations to find out how the social work profession identity affects student employment choice.Finally, on the basis of existing theoretical research.the author propose solutions and recommendations from the policy, media, school education, curriculum, team-building and social attitudes of the students themselves combining with survey data.This study is conducive to understand the status and its influencing factors of social work professional identity of students, which will help to improve social workmajors professional identity, improve the professional status of student employment options, thus contributing to the long-term development of social work.
