Since the reform and opening up, Chinese pre-school education has made great progress under the party and government leadership. With the progress of society and development of market economy, people have higher requirement on the quality of pre-school teaching and teachers. More and more families have to realize the importance of.preschool education,wanted the children to accept a good education from the start.However, due to the limitation of the preschool teachers’overall level,the uneven development level of pre-school teachers’have seriously influenced the health of preschool education cause rapid and sustainable development.Today, there are still many problems in pre-school teachers’construction and development, such as lower educational level, lower wages, fewer vocational training opportunities, the difficulties in professional development and so on. This article is based on the xinyang preschool teachers’team construction and cultivation according to the actual situation, from the education department to understand the whole macro of the kindergartens and preschool teachers’team construction and related policies, at the same time, we carry out in-depth extensive investigation and study in Xinyang city zones, the villages, urban areas, towns and other first-line kindergartens.By using the literature data method, observation method, questionnaire and interview, we talk to the first-line teachers from age, gender, educational background, professional, and treatment of induction period, teachers’qualification, identity, continuing education, career planning, etc, to investigate and dialectical analysis the present situation of the construction of Xinyang City pre-school teachers and the causes of the problems existing in and try to solve the problem of countermeasures and suggestions, so as to promote the healthy development of pre-school teachers.This paper mainly discusses the following four aspects:The first part, the preamble, in the full basis of relevant literature, the results of the study children carding system construction of teachers to explain concepts of preschool teachers’team construction. The second part, through scene investigation of pre-school teachers’team in Xinyang, we mainly adopt questionnaires and interviews method to go on, distributed five-hundred questionnaires to preschool teachers in urban area, public and private kindergartens, understand the existing problems in current pre-school teachers’team by communicate with related directors and teachers in kindergartens.The third part, analyze the causes of the problems in Xinyang city preschool teachers’team,The fourth part, countermeasures and suggestions in Xinyang city preschool teachers construction...
