With the development of China’s industrialization and urbanization, migrantchildren school came into being, it solves most of the migrant workers of theirchildren’s education, more and more the concern of government and society. Study onthe status of migrant children school Sports in relatively small, in order to understandthe current situation of Beijing migrant school sports work, use literature、questionnaire、field observations and other methods, Chaoyang District、HaidianDistrict、Changping District、Shijingshan District、Daxing District30schools formigrant children to investigate and study reached the following conclusion of thestudy:1、children of migrant workers in Beijing school can guarantee normal sportingteaching work, basically meet the physical education needs of students to ensure theright to physical education of students, and students’ attitudes toward physicaleducation is good. Physical Education Situation is consistent with the families ofmigrant workers and migrant school status quo.2、 physical education normative is not uniform, half of the physical educationteachers can perform the syllabus, the sports teaching document preparation andimplementation in general; the choice of teaching content is single.3、 Beijing migrant school extracurricular sports activities is relatively poor, inaddition to the morning exercises and calisthenics to carry out normal, very fewmigrant school to carry out after-school sports training, after-school sportscompetitions to carry out a very low frequency.4、 Beijing migrant school physical education teachers with an insufficient, numberof full-time physical education teachers are not enough, is not conducive to physicalwork, sports teacher qualifications structure is reasonable, age, gender structure isirrational. Physical education teachers the opportunity to go out for further study, andtasks, the stability of sports teachers is not high.5、Beijing migrant school sports hardware facilities is lack of more serious, especiallythe lack of space, single sources of equipment, funding for sports channels. Venuesand equipment can not meet the needs of the school physical education andextra-curricular activities of students.6、 upper management school physical education of migrant workers lack ofpolicy-oriented,for school sports less targeted management of direct examination andguidance; and migrant school sports no specific internal school sports managementapproach.The subject based on the conclusions of the study made the followingrecommendations:1、improve the the migrant school sports management mechanism, strengthen externaloversight and management efforts. Increase investment in sports funding, schoolsports, equipment protection through a variety of channels. The school should bebased on their own homemade students to purchase other means appropriate toincrease the number of equipment.2、to improve the treatment of the physical education teachers, strengthen job training of physical education teachers, to ensure the stability of the sports teachers. Explore tocreate a more sports majors in universities in Beijing and the Beijing MunicipalSports college or university cooperation with the Department of Physical mode, enterthe migrant school internship, to support education channel.3、migrant school itself should respond to the call of the national "Sunshine Sports", toensure that students exercise one hour a day. And held a Sports Day, Sports Week,individual sports and different forms of sports activities, to develop the awareness ofstudents to participate in sports activities.
