The Research Analysis And Countermeasure Of The Current Situation Of Migrant Workers Children's Physical Education

As more and more migrant workers coming into the cities, their children's education is also increasingly becoming a highlight problem. At present, there is a lot of macro discussion about the issue of migrant children's education, but research in physical education of migrant children in primary school is still rare. Therefore, starting with the launching of the status quo of migrant workers from the Minhang District, 10 children of primary school physical education, this paper has have done a lot of empirical surveys, deeply learnt the status of Physical Education and development trends that the children of migrant workers by using questionnaire survey, documents and so on to analyze the problem of migrant workers children's physical education problems in primary school and make corresponding countermeasures.This paper is composed of five parts; the main part is empirical investigation and analysis to identify problems and comes to the root and solution of the problems, then reaches into the conclusions:l The physical education of migrant children in primary schools is carrying out in non-formalized and humble status;2 The weakness and low level of physical education staff with poor stability;3 Improper physical education curriculum, boring teaching content, less extra-curricular activities, single contents and non-implementation; 4 Insufficient sports funding with unstable sources; 5 Insufficient equipments can not meet the demands for teaching and extra-curricular activities and poor conduct of extra-curricular sports;6 Wrong cognitive conditions of students' parents to sports. The main recommendations are:1 .To strengthen the scientific management team of the sports teacher; the establishment of college and university service and teaching practice base; the establishment of interaction with the public system for teachers; tap the potential of rehire teachers to play its role of mentoring;2 .Putting the folk sports and games teaching as the based materials of elementary school teaching of migrant workers' children;3 .The development the system of extra-curricular competition activities which are fit to the children of migrant workers; Holding inter-school sports competitions with brothers co-sponsored school and fun games among migrant worker families to create a positive atmosphere of extra-curricular physical activity.4 .Making good use of the available accommodation and equipment, integrating the physical education resources, improving the teaching process to improve its utility and strengthening inter-school sports resource sharing.5 .To establish monitoring, feedback and assessment mechanism in physical education policy of migrant workers' children of primary school; establishing and improving the compensation system for the weakness; optimizing the school management system and fully mobilize the community to raise funds donations.In this paper, the author analyzes the physical education status quo of migrant workers children with a sense of responsibility for sports. On one hand, to identify and explore the problems in school physical education of the migrant workers children; On the other hand, it is hoped that primary school physical education teaching methods of migrant workers children can be found to improve the status quo of physical education.
