Physical functional training is a more popular training method of the modern world,has been adopted by many world’s high-level athletes. When the modern high-level sportsteams do some daily training and competition, they have to keep a wary eye on a bigproblem is the "Sports Injury". The Sports Injury Prevention Training Methods of PhysicalFunctional Training is based by the FMS test of athletes, analysis of the test results,scorelower screening test project, make personalized training plan in accordance with the levelof scores and the principle of movement hierarchy, under the help of the methods ofphysical functional training can develop athlete weak muscle strength effectively andimprove basic athletic movement ability and the efficiency of human work, eventuallyprevent sports injuries and improve athletic performance and prolong sports life and helpathletes achieve their goals.This study can obtain some consequences by means of the FMS test results of theChinese women table tennis players who are training for the Olympic Games in London,their training video and some State General Administration of Sport training materials, asfollows:(1)FMS test is the starting point of physical functional training, and the foundationof personalized sports injury prevention training plan. Through the analysis of the twoFMS test results on September14,2011and December12, found that5Chinese womentable tennis players who were preparing for London Olympics test average increased1.2points, and there were no case of sports injury appeared.(2)The Sports Injury Prevention Training Methods of Physical Functional Trainingmainly consists of6parts and some injury prevention ways when the athletes are training.Each part in separate chapters, include the whole body functional training. On the basis ofeffective injury prevention, its composite structure in accordance with appropriate trainingload principle, could achieve the goal of improve human basic sport ability.(3)The load control of sports injury prevention training methods of physicalfunctional training mainly by the difficulty of movement, time extension, and the loadintensity three ways. Movement difficulty in Advanced is consist of from multi-point to asingle point stability support the transition, and ultimately achieve the non-steady statemovement pattern practice; on the part of time extension, mainly by prolonging the time ofthe stability of movement; on the part of load intensity control, mainly by applyingexternal resistance, increasing the movement of non equilibrium and randomness and dynamic. Follow the principle of progressive training, accord with human body training toadapt to the rule.
