Study On Methods Of Social Organizations Participating In The Prevention And Control Of Novel Coronavirus

As an important force in social governance,social organizations have played an important role in the fight against the epidemic.In this paper,four social organizations in Z District of Hangzhou were taken as cases to construct an analytical framework of organizational and endogenous capacity,and to study the participation path of social organizations in epidemic prevention and control.Studies have found that social organizations participate in the fight against the epidemic by linking the internal and external resources and collaboration,the main ways were raising and deploying anti-epidemic materials,organizing and managing volunteer forces,doing volunteer work,etc.,which play the role of the resource allocation station.And in the process of epidemic prevention and control,social organizations through effective use of external resources,transformed into endogenous ability,enhanced the social resilience.However,in the process of participating in the prevention and control of the epidemic,social organizations have also exposed problems such as lack of professional capacity,lack of credibility and excessive reliance on the government,indicating that their participation in the prevention and control of the epidemic still has certain difficulties and limits.
