Research purpose: Part of the vocational and technical schools as an education, topromote the overall development of students, improve quality, and has an essential role.At present, the proportion accounted for by the Beijing Higher Vocational College SportsTrack and Field Teaching project is not large, and other sports gradually being replaced,while ignoring the role of athletics fitness. Therefore, how to stimulate the enthusiasmand initiative of the student’s track and field teaching project to promote students’physical quality all-round development, became the objective of the study of sportsscholars. Study made public courses of vocational colleges in Beijing set up the currentsituation and development of track and field fitness classes, track and field teachingreform to make it more fitness and interest for the development of track and fieldteaching in vocational colleges important practical significance and theoretical basis.Methods: In this paper, Beijing Polytechnic study. Using literature, expertinterviews, questionnaires, and mathematical statistics, Beijing Vocational Institute ofTechnology opened the public health lessons of athletics research to understand the statusof Beijing Vocational and Technical College open track and track and field programs, toidentify the existing problems, and the corresponding countermeasures.Results:1、Project the impact of diversification on the track and field teaching in physicaleducation reform. Track and field teaching programs, continue to run, jump, investmentand traditional project-based, does not reflect the times and the current educationalreform and the new trend, not suitable for the development characteristics of collegestudents need curriculum resources.2、Track and field teaching content is stale, repetitive, single. Traditional track andfield teaching content is too old and not very rich. The fitness of the project to carry outless, the school does not determine the different track and field course content accordingto students’ physical and mental characteristics, as well as climate, facilities, and toprovide students with greater choice.3、The traditional teaching mode, limiting the development of the college track andfield teaching. Vocational schools track and field teaching, the lack of stimulatinginquiry-based teaching methods. Rarely seen in track and field teaching in the teachingmethods, lack of diversity, multimedia, computers and other modern teaching facilitiesand teaching aids. In the teaching content, the lack of fun and fitness.4、Over a single track and field assessment of teaching methods. At present,vocational evaluation focused too much on the physical quality of the students. Neglect to encourage students to further study of the learning function through feedback andimprove the long-term nature of the teaching evaluation system, and also ignore theindividualized so that students only pay attention to the pursuit of scores, and the causeand the actual ability in reality does not match..Suggest:1、Athletic Teaching project to increase its interest to engage students and cultivatethe sense of "Lifetime Sports".2、Strengthen the business of the physical education teachers to learn, to change theteachers’ ideas, and to strengthen the track and field theory teaching.3、Build a scientific and rational characteristics of vocational course evaluationsystem.4、Increase the input of funds, to improve the track and field venues and facilities toprovide students with a good fitness place.
