Go up century since70time, volunteer organizations worldwide launch and obtains the vigorous development of modern social development, has gradually become an active power in the world, raised a volunteer service upsurge, therefore, volunteer service problems in also becomes domestic and foreign theoretical research focus. In new period, volunteer service has become the important carrier of Ideological and political education in universities. But with the United States and other western developed countries, our country university student volunteer service is still in the development stage, theory research also needs to be further academic study. At the same time, volunteer service and student leadership education system is an important carrier, is a modern western college leadership education pay attention to a new trend. After years of development, university student volunteers as a voluntary service in China the most important service main body, in the volunteer service plays a more and more important. College students have a high political consciousness, enthusiastic in public welfare undertakings, higher level, they make use of their spare time, unifies the specialized knowledge, to others, the community to provide voluntary services, the dedication of love. This article through the questionnaire survey, interviews and other methods of the Expo volunteers, volunteer service on Cultivating College Students’understanding of the impact of leadership. To sum up, to the college students for leadership development research has a strong theoretical and practical significance, and the new period how to advance our country university students volunteer service to a new level, this paper puts forward some constructive, reference implementation way.
