Teachers are the main implementers of school education function. The teachers teachingvalue orientation penetration in the daily teaching behavior, which restricts the teaching activitiesof teachers, there are not only teachers awareness activities, even in the presence of theunconscious activities for teachers in some time.The teaching value orientation is correct directlydecides the teacher’s teaching behavior is scientific and reasonable.Thus for primary schoolChinese teachers’ teaching value orientation research, help teachers to update their teachingconcepts, change teaching methods, improve teaching quality, to better promote the developmentof students.However, existing studies of teachers have put focus on the teacher’s explicit teachingbehavior, ignoring the value orientation of teachers’ internal research.And reality of Chineselanguage teaching in primary school Chinese teachers for misunderstandings and the deviation ofvalue orientation, such as one-sided pursuit of musical mastery, writing ability training, thepolitical and instrumental tendency to emphasize the language tool, ignore the language ofhumanity. To this end, the author will focus on the value orientation of primary school Chineseteachers’ teaching, put forward reasonable theoretical arguments for deviation and improvementmeasures, to achieve reunification of the primary school Chinese teaching instrumental andhumanism, and promote the better development of students.In order to gain insight into the elementary school Chinese teacher teaching valueorientation,this article adopts the method of case analysis, in Jinan some elementary schoollanguage teacher’s classroom teaching design for observation and records, obtained about thecurrent situation of primary school Chinese teachers teaching value orientation, analysis of thebiases and influencing factors of primary school Chinese teachers in the teaching value,then putforward improvement measures, in order to change the teaching idea, improve teaching quality.This article is divided into five parts, the first part is introduction, mainly about thetheoretical analysis of this topic, including the reason to choose this topic, the relevant researchstatus at home and abroad, research ideas and methods.The second part is an overview of the value orientation of primary school language teaching, mainly on the definition of teachers teaching the value orientation and teaching value orientationfor teaching.The third part is through the case analysis method, to collect to the primary school Chineseteachers’ classroom teaching in reality activity were analyzed, and found that the presentsituation of the elementary school language teacher teaching value orientation: one-sided focuson examination of knowledge mastery, politicalization, let the students form a certain politicalideology, played down the language of humanity.The fourth part is the analysis of primary school language teaching value orientationdeviation. By deep analysis of teaching activity, the author found that Chinese language teachingin primary school Chinese teachers and one-sided focus on instrumental, desalination ofhumanism orientation, and analyzed the influencing factors.The fifth part is based on the deviation analysis points out that primary school Chineseteachers teaching should be the choice of value orientation, specific targeted Suggestions, forprimary school Chinese teachers change the teaching idea, improve teaching level and improvethe theoretical support.
