| As one of the most active factors in the medical and health work, Health human resource isone of the most important parts in the health systems. It relates to the success and failure ofmedical system reform, and to the healthy problem of the majority people in our country.However, Talent evaluation is the most important component in the human resource manage-ment, the justification, rationality, and correctness of Talent evaluation will greatly influencethe job enthusiasm of those health technical staffs, and at the same time influence the finalresult of the Human resource management in health systems.By exploratory research and retrospective analysis on the theory of talent evaluation in healthsystems, and by researching several important factors of nowadays Jinan Talent evaluation inthe health systems, the author of this paper takes a systematical analysis on those factors, doesthe questionnaire study, makes documents and materials retrospective analysis, studies theflow of work, and does the data statistic analysis. Based on the above-mentioned study, theauthor takes a practical analysis on the Talent evaluation in Jinan health system, finds out allkinds of existed problems on the talent evaluation, and therefore, giving out the solution forall those problems.On the structure, the article consists of five parts. The first chapter is the introductory chapter,in which the author of this paper describes the background information and present situationabout the talent evaluation abroad and native, and also about the present talent evaluationstudy in health systems. In the second chapter, the author of this paper introduces the presentsituation of Talent evaluation in Jinan Health systems. In the third chapter, the author of thispaper mainly analysis the existed problems and reasons of the Talent evaluation and manage-ment in Jinan Health systems. In the fourth chapter, by analyzing the characteristics of Talentevaluation in Health systems, the author gives out the countermeasures and suggestions onmanagement, and gives out the solutions for those problems in the management. By scientificstudy and those systematical researches, the author of this paper gives out the following sug-gestions: to improve the management style on talent evaluation in health systems; to build upthe theory of social evaluation; improve the evaluation standard; enrich the evaluation me-thods; construct a team of professional evaluation.Finally, the author gives out a great outlook about the talent evaluation in health systems. Thearticle combines theory with practice, takes Jinan health systems as an example, from microto macro, puts forward a solution to the problem and thinking, also provides reference to sim-ilar evaluation management work like Jinan’s in deputy provincial city. All these improve thelevel of human resource management in health systems, and make certain contribution to na-tional personnel health situation. |
