In recent years,a large number of high-quality laborers who have trained in order to satisfy the demands of the transformation and upgrading of industrial structures and to serve the economic and social development.It has become the focus of the development of higher vocational colleges.The school-enterprise cooperation model in higher vocational colleges is an important way to train high-skilled talents.Essentially,it is market demand-oriented,and through the sharing of resources between higher vocational colleges and enterprises,it is targeted to cultivate the professional talents required by society.This "win-win" model has been widely used in the process of talent cultivation in higher vocational colleges.This paper is based on the theory of triangular relations of higher education,human capital theory and constructivist theory,combing the theoretical basis of the school-enterprise cooperation model in the higher vocational colleges and the typical research results of the school-enterprise cooperation at home and abroad.At the same time,with the case of gansu nonferrous metallurgical vocational and technical college,through specific school-enterprise cooperation model analysis and questionnaire survey,we explored the operating advantages and problems of its school-enterprise cooperation model.Based on the above research,the countermeasures and suggestions for optimizing the school-enterprise cooperation model in the higher vocational colleges are proposed.The "five in one" school-enterprise cooperation model centered on student development.Firstly,it makes higher vocational colleges and enterprise cooperation to recruit the students in order to control the quality of talents from the source.Secondly,be attention to education and teaching in higher vocational colleges to improve the quality of the teaching staff.Thirdly,management effectively can deal with problems caused by environmental changes in time.Fourthly,multiple assessment and evaluation mechanisms can set up to encourage students to develop in an all-round and individual way.Fifthly,promote student employment and provide employmentassistance through multiple channels.The society should join hands to build a school-enterprise cooperation model security system.The government establishes and improves the school-enterprise cooperation model related laws and policies to ensure the orderly development of cooperation.The school continuously improves the quality of education and conducts various forms of cooperation.Enterprises change their development concepts and increase the cooperation between schools and enterprises.Students strengthen self-management and actively participate in cooperation.Create a good social atmosphere and improve the social recognition of vocational education.
