Research On The Current Situation And Countermeasures Of High-level Sports Teams In Universities In Jinan Under The Background Of "Combination Of Teaching And Physical Education"

In May 2016,the General Office of the State Council issued the Opinions on Strengthening the School Physical Education to Promote the All-round Development of Students' Physical and Mental Health,and the "combination of teaching and learning" put forward in the 1980s,although only two words are exchanged in sequence,But the gap is great,far-reaching."Combination of teaching and learning"to highlight the "teaching" mainly reflects the development of high-level sports team in the new era of school philosophy,should be applied to the students "education";"combination of sports" to "sports" "Athletic performance",both in the guiding ideology of running a school is significantly different."Combination of teaching and learning" is more in line with the rapid development of economic and social development of talent equalization requirements,but also in line with the progress of human civilization,the pursuit of educational value.Cultivating the "red and specialized",the comprehensive development of the socialist qualified builders is still our educational goals,cultivating students' comprehensive quality balanced development is still a constant theme.Thus,under the guidance of the "combination of teaching and learning",it is very important to explore the mode of running high-level sports teams in colleges and universities.This paper takes the high level athletes of four universities in Shandong University,Shandong Normal University,Jinan University and Shandong University of Finance and Economics as the object of investigation,through the literature,field investigation,questionnaire survey and mathematical statistics,The current situation of the team survey and analysis as the starting point,a comprehensive analysis of the current high-level sports team problems,"the combination of teaching and learning"concept of high-level sports team model for the end of the reform,put forward six present conclusions:Sports team organization and management model is single,mainly to physical education department;high level sports team enrollment to athletic performance-based,reducing the level of cultural performance requirements;schools attach importance to cultural studies and coaches pay attention to the contradictions between sports performance,"High-level sports teams have a single source of funding,lack of logistical support;high-level athletes graduation and college education goals have different differences,etc.,and so on," the training of contradictions";coaches to" experience "to guide the training competition,the lack of scientific coaching philosophy;The according to the current conclusions of the following development countermeasures:the establishment of the "school sports committee" as the leadership,joint student office,academic office,school communist youth league,physical education and other units of the organization and management system;optimize enrollment policy,The establishment of coaches regular training and assessment system,and constantly improve the coaches of the scientific coaching philosophy;special funds and commercial operation combined to continuously meet the high level of sports team funding needs;The establishment of "business training mechanism",layered refinement training to meet the high level of athletes employment needs.
