The class teacher is the direct management of class work and the first person in charge, plays an irreplaceable role in the school teaching and management of students. In daily work, the class teacher need be fully responsible for a class of students’thinking, moral, learning, health and life and work. The demands on head teachers are:①the higher political level,②the higher quality of science and culture,③The higher quality of scientific research,④excellent education and innovation consciousness⑤three diligence of the class teacher management:mouth, legs, eyes. The physics teacher should not only do the job well, but also make the teaching work, so the workload is much heavier.For the physics teachers, experiment is the main means of teaching. Not only can it train the students’ practical ability, but also can promote the interaction between teachers and students, enhance the contact between teachers and students. Physics is the natural science, and is the basis of social science. It is attractive to students with mystery, so that students will focus more on this subject. After physics teachers act as the class teachers, they can grasp the psychology of the students, enhance students’ self-confidence, to establish their enterprising spirit.Practice shows that, teaching and teacher work can complement each other. On the one hand, because the class teacher and the students can form a close and even harmonious relationship in the work, the teacher’s teaching performance can be improved by virtue of its influence; on the other hand, physics teacher can also use its subject advantages to attract the attention of students, improve their own prestige in the students, so as to promote the efficient work of the class teacher. In the effective use of their professional knowledge and skills, physics teachers can be more effective to do class management; as a class teacher, physics teacher can use superiority and influence in the class management to improve the teaching results effectively. But because of the physical teachers’ professional knowledge to be more focused on Natural Science, there is certain conflict to do a good job of Ideological and moral education and students management which focus on the humanities nature. In the class management, physics teacher try to avoid conflicts and even use the conflict through the conversion of contradiction, optimization strategy, which is the focus of the work of the class teacher of physics.In addition, if a teacher has dedication and sense of responsibility, concentrate on training, education, psychology, management science and other knowledge, and use them in practical work, he can improve work efficiency and the happiness index; a physics teacher can improve teaching achievement only by diligent earnest, devotion to their knowledge accomplishment, improvement of its theory, practice ability and make efforts in the classroom teaching. Therefore, it is not enough to improve the physical teaching and the level of class management only by hoping to act as the class teacher. It is more important to achieve this goal through the promotion of professional knowledge and ability.
