The21st century is the era of knowledge economy, Innovative talent and team training has become a worldwide proposition of the reform of higher education, innovation has already been an inevitable demand of the era of knowledge economy. Innovative talent and team training has become an important strategy for national development, but the lack of innovative capacity is still the biggest problem in Innovative talent and team training of higher education in China, the author based on her practice, hoped to explore innovation training model in terms of a participant and educated talent, so chose this topic. The author found that very few people engaged in related research through domestic and foreign research literature research. Therefore, this issue is of novelty and significance.The subject used literature and case research method, a few core concepts such as "project as a carrier","academia-research-industry","innovation team" were defined. The subject focus on exploring practical aspects of innovation team training, I was a member of the "Meng Qi" team who have launched and participated in developing the project of "the full-price development and high value-added use of the plant" five years ago, as a witness of this case, I hope to analysis and summarize this vivid case from objective and subjective aspects, to provide a practical basis for innovation team training. From the point of view of philosophy, economic sociology, learning cognitive theory, Theoretical basis of innovative talent and team training was explained theoretically. The subject did in-depth analysis in the background of the project, research content, the setting-up background of R&D team, team crew features. And based the opportunity to participate in the project, the author conducted interviews on several academicians and experts on higher education and creativity talents training. The author summarized the team’s growth, through the questionnaires and interviews of team members and other classmates, proved that the cultivation of the project team who formed based on the "academia-research-industry" mode in order to meet the national major needs and do research in science and technology was more conducive to innovation ability than the individual education, more respected by the students.On the basis of exploration of existing practice, the author combined related theories, built a "academia-research-industry" joint training mode which can be used in training innovation team with project as its carrier, and expounded in terms of the aims of education, the environment, process, content, resources, evaluation. This topic also summarizes the promotion and implementation points of "academia-research-industry" joint training mode which can be used in training innovation team with project as its carrier: Firstly, colleges and universities should respond to the call of the reform of innovative personnel training, carry out and promote reform pilot of creative talents in teaching in universities. Secondly, the universities all over the country should establish long-term partnerships of innovative personnel training with other university, research institutions and enterprises, establish "academia-research-industry" personnel training platform, share resources to implement the innovative personnel training. Thirdly, colleges and universities should be clearly to objectives of innovative talents training of science and engineering in the reform, goals guide the implementation of the training and education. Fourthly, colleges and universities should set up a variety of courses and carried out encouraging teaching center on student, gave full play to the dominant position of students, exposed students to real-world environment of "academia-research-industry", broadened their horizons, promoted students learn by doing, gained knowledge and ability through experiencing. Fifthly, colleges and universities should establish multiple evaluation methods based on personal values and social values, exclude the "test scores to determine all assessment" methods, build a wide range of evaluation system combined with enterprises. Sixthly, pay attention to the formation of the team organization and team culture, make team an aggregate, so as to strive at common purpose, and encourage students to cooperate freely to strengthen the team and the division of labor, advocate shared learning. Seventhly, selecting mentors and cooperation between mentors should be careful, give full play to mentor diverse and complementary advantages between mentors, build team of tutors, pay attention to students’ physical and mental development, and establish a well relation of cooperation among teachers. Eighthly, the source and selection of projects should be in conjunction with needs of the market and society, pay attention to scientific, economic and environmental protection features, encourage students to gain knowledge and experience through multi-channel in project practice.
