There are many unreasonable aspects of higher occupation education the current entrance examination system, to talents of higher occupation education selection through to participate in college entrance examination way, this is unscientific, unreasonable and unfair for the higher occupation education in recent years, coinciding with the university independent recruitment examination is like a raging fire, gained a lot of experience of reform, many researchers have proposed such thinking, maybe we can draw on the base of the university independent recruitment examination reform experience, with the reform of higher vocational colleges entrance examination system as the breakthrough point, the number of students in higher vocational colleges, to grasp the quality and specifications from the entrance, with a scientific talent selection, to further promote the hierarchical classification entrance examination system in higher vocational colleges, expand the scale, improve the quality of higher education, the cultivation of social occupation skill is required.This study is divided into four parts:The first part is the introduction, the significance of the topic, summarizes the existing research and elaborate the research ideas and methods.The second part expounds vocational colleges recruited individually is to guide students to higher vocational education reasonably, the rise of realization of the rational allocation of human resources and other reasons. Its characteristics are admission batch in advance, admission criteria, for multiple object diversity, admitted after the success did not participate in the college entrance examination, and to present Chongqing City Vocational College recruited individually on the scale, the enrollment and registration number, percentage of admission were analyzed.The third part is the study of the problem of Vocational Colleges recruited individually in practice, through the analysis of the reasons of and reflections. This part mainly based on the current situation analysis and interviews, and puts forward the existing assessment methods and content recruited individually Chongqing city practice in higher vocational colleges is irrational and fairness issues.The fourth part is the reflection of the results put forward corresponding suggestion and countermeasure. The author thinks, the good development of Higher Vocational Colleges in Chongqing City alone, the recruitment of the policies and measures adopted should improve relevant systems and supervision mechanisms and enhance the connotation of Higher Vocational Colleges and the corresponding.
