Conventional education in the kindergarten for children or the kindergarten management is crucial, but the conventional education in reality there is alienation. Based on relevant literatures of conventional education, this paper uses observation, interview method is an empirical study on the conventional education in kindergartens. The research content is divided into four parts:the first part is an introduction; second part is the research results and problems of general education in kindergarten analysis; the third part is the analysis of causes of regular educational problems; the fourth part is the countermeasures and proposals to improve the conventional education in the kindergarten. The results show:the conventional education in the kindergarten is too cumbersome; pay attention to routine; more temporary rules; conventional education do not meet the requirements of physical and mental development characteristics; general education requirements to must abide by, with less use of selective; regular education is beneficial for teachers; excessive attention to children’s safety and health; conventional education rules mainly by authoritarian, and less use of authorization; conventional education supervision and execution manner of oral language, teachers use the most is the remind manner; body movement of mandatory action is a teacher the most used; most of the way teachers use demonstration is your creation in kindergarten demonstration; environmental conditions do not match with the conventional education; regular kindergarten education evaluation of the main single, mainly negative evaluation, development of price paid less attention to children on the evaluation of effect of conventional education. Aiming at these problems, this paper discusses the influencing factors of preschool teachers:restriction of conventional education idea; the class size is too large, the shortage of teachers; children’s safety and health considerations; the influence of the kindergarten management system. This paper also puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions:establish a correct concept of general education; using conventional education method diversification; the creation of wealth, the suitable environment, lay the foundation for the conventional education; teachers should establish the correct concept of conventional education evaluation.
