| In recent years, along with the rapid development of economy, ournation attaches great importance to the vocational education which is closelyrelated to economic development, especially the secondary vocationaleducation. In2012, there are more than220million students in the nationalsecondary vocational school, occupying half of the national senior middleschool education. From2007to2011, the total number of graduates from thesecondary vocational schools is more than300million; the employment ratemaintains at over95%for5consecutive years, plus the subsidization systemof secondary vocational school continues to improve, the number of thestudents in secondary vocational schools has increased year by year, this is agreat piece of news. On the other hand, the lower entrance of secondaryvocational school results in uneven level students and presents a greatchallenge to the student management work. The main reason why it isdifficult to manage them is that the students are lack of the self-managementability. The vocational education is the employment education, and the exit ofthe students is social. The self-management ability is about the sustainabledevelopment of students.On the basis of the basic theories of psychology and education, usingliterature method, questionnaire survey method, interviews and otherresearches, this study investigates on the self-management ability of thestudents from Baotou Finance and Economics and Information VocationalSchool, collecting a lot of data, in-depth understanding the main problems ofthe vocational students in learning goals and motivations, daily lifemanagement, self emotion management, self interpersonal communication management, self internet behavior management, self career planningmanagement, analyzing the causes of society, school, family, self, etc., to seekthe strategy of cultivating self-management ability of the secondaryvocational school students, in order to contribute to the sustainabledevelopment of secondary vocational school students. |
