| With the development of quality education and curriculum reform, students’Individual differences in class draw more and more attention. How to balance facingall the students and focusing on the individual differences of students in the highschool girl students’ aerobics teaching, teach pertinently according to students’different physical conditions, athletic ability and interests, and let each student makegreater progress, have more development on the original basis and experience thefeeling of success of the physical learning and excise is a problem to be solved in theteaching of physical education.This subject investigates the influence ofdiversification teaching of aerobics on the high school girl students’ self-efficacy andthe learning effect, adopting literature data method, questionnaire survey method,mathematical statistics method and experimental method. The packet single blindexperiment will be adopted in the study, diversification teaching in the experimentalclass and traditional teaching methods in the control class. The experimentalteaching lasted one semester, with different teaching methods as variables, and theaerobics technical skills, self-efficacy, physical quality as the dependent variable forratio analysis.Research results show that: after the experiment, two groups ofstudents self-efficacy level difference reached to the significant level (p<0.05) and theexperimental class self-efficacy difference reached to very significant level(p<0.01)before and after the experiment. It has been proved that diversificationteaching of aerobics is helpful to improve the level the high school girl students’self-efficacy; Aerobics examination scores of two groups have significant difference(p<0.05) after the experiment. The excellence rate and good rate of the experimentalclass was significantly higher than those in control group, which proved that thediversification teaching is helpful to improve the technical skill level of high schoolgirl students; Students in experimental class have significant difference (p<0.05) inthe50meters, standing long jump, shot before and after the experiment, whichindicated that the diversification teaching has a certain effect on improving thephysical quality of high school girl students; The diversification teaching helps with the development of students’ abilities of autonomy, cooperation and inquiry learning.It can cultivate the students innovation consciousness, and promote the students allround development.The following suggestions are put forward according to theresearch results. Teachers should carry out teaching research actively to improve theteaching effect according to the characteristics of students and their learning ability.Process evaluation is an important link of diversification teaching method. Adiversified evaluation system should be established to improve the content andstandard of the evaluation, making it overall and incentive. Besides, teachers shouldcreate a relaxed and pleasant learning atmosphere, and encourage students tocooperate mutually, help mutually and inquiry mutually. |
