The full text is in accordance with the questions, analyzes problems, problem-solving ideas, and is divided into four parts:The first part is the introduction; the author describes the background and significance of the paper. Puts forward the problem, the related literature about network education quality management in home and abroad are reviewed, and the use of management theory, explains the research ideas and research methods.The second part mainly introduces the particularity of university network education and its impact on the quality of education, the first explain the concept and network education quality management of network education, then illustrates the particularity of network education from four aspects, such as openness, timeliness, and special effects of network education on the quality of education management has carried on the earnest analysis.The third part is the main content of this paper, we first introduce the basic situation of Network Education College of Shanghai E University, and then to the Network Education College of Shanghai E University in quality management problems in the analysis, found the quality management objective is "alternative", quality management control of the weak education process, defects of ISO9001quality management system adopted, then the problem of network education quality management were analyzed, such as difficult to form an overall quality management system, quality management and economic benefits of the contradiction problem between etc..The fourth part is to solve the problems, the author thinks that in the network education quality management should introduce the concept of comprehensive quality management, but also there are many difficulties in the implementation of total quality management theory, it can construct a comprehensive quality management system, the author also put forward the construction of network education quality management strategy.Although the network education the implementation of total quality management has achieved good results in the developed countries, the United States of America and Britain, but due to different social environment, the implementation of total quality management is feasible or not is still in an exploratory stage in the network education in our country, the author put forward to build a comprehensive quality management system there may be some ill-considered place.
