With the development of science and technology and people’s eager to culture,technology increasingly enters into education, during which not only education toolshave changed dramatically, but education tools also have a huge impact on teachers.The traditional education mode is challenged seriously by the modern informatizationeducation.Learning new technology is of time necessity for teachers. It is can be seen fromthe teachers’ education technique standard of China and the United States that teachermust have the ability to use new technology. Modern technology requests more toteachers, from using blackboard, chalk to using various teaching software skillfullynowadays, people’s objective is to achieve better teaching effect. The teachersthemselves change a lot in the process of learning and using a new technology; theycan not just use new technology, but use the new technology to improve teachingeffect. Teachers learn new technology start from the operation of new technology,which is the change of motor skill. Teachers’ own cognitive structure and knowledgestructure have changed in the gradual process of study and use of new technology.This kind of change is also the intellectual skill change in the process of learning anew technology, which is caused and influenced both by technology. This series ofchange, from information technology merely as a tool to influence the whole teachingprocess, and then integrate into teachers’ own ability, is worthy of our attention andresearch. It can guide us in the selection and use of technology in the future.This paper is divided into five parts: the first part introduces the background ofthe thesis topic, the research’s present situation, research significance, content andmethods. The second part has a comprehensive comparison of teacher’s basicrequirements in the education technique standard of China and the United States. Itincludes the reform history of education technique standard, similarities anddifferences of education technique standard of China and the United States, and theimplication to China. The third part is theoretical basis, including motor skill theory,intellectual skill theory and other related theories. The fourth part is the core of thisthesis. In this part, firstly, motor skill and intellectual skill’ influence on teachers arerespectively analyzed in detail, and then puts forward some suggestions on how to better improve the teaching effect. The fifth part is summary of this research and theoutlook of future research direction.The author sincerely wants to put forward some suggestions and references to theanalysis of technology’s impact on teachers’ development phases through the research.The author also hopes the technology teachers use can better function in their teachingpractice. In addition, it can provide some valuable suggestions for related research andpeople’s understanding of the value of education technology.
