The purpose of this study is to examine the self-awareness of professional development ofprimary school teachers the status quo, To explore the factors that affect the self-awareness ofprofessional development of primary school teachers, In order to improve the quality ofprimary school teachers, Provide a theoretical basis to promote the professional developmentof primary school teachers, Is divided into four parts as follows:The first part, Starting from the teachers’ self-awareness of professional developmenttheory, Analysis of teachers’ concept of the self-awareness of professional development, Thetheoretical basis of the proposed teachers’ self-awareness of professional development,Summarized the formation process of self-awareness of professional development teachers,Index system to build the self-awareness of professional development of teachers.The second part, Local realities, Survey of primary school teachers in our provinceself-awareness of the professional development of the status quo is the focus of this thesis,Combined with survey data analysis and hierarchical variance analysis of the survey resultsoverall differences.Part III, On the basis of theoretical research and Survey, Use of interviews to explore theinternal and external factors that affect the self-awareness of professional development ofprimary school teachers, In the interview process, Note from the external and internal factorsaffecting teachers, Concerned about the personal and professional history of the primary schoolteachers, sense of identity, a sense of accomplishment, practitioners firm degree of workmentality, the manager’s behavior and social environment of the self-awareness of professionaldevelopment of primary school teachers, Thus provide the basis for recommending theself-awareness of professional development of primary school teachers and support.Part IV, Based on the investigation of the above issues and research, Combined withteachers’ self-awareness of the professional development of the theory, Self-awareness ofprofessional development for primary school teachers to improve, Propose concrete can betargeted.
