Abundant IWB teaching resources have offered the abundant material for classroominstruction based on IWB on the Internet; it has accelerated the development and progress ofteaching based on information strongly and effectively. However, with the swift and violentdevelopment of the network technology, the quantity of various teaching resources of supportingthe IWB increases severely, and the source channel is diversification, and the content ismiscellaneous. So,“information overloadation but the shortage of perfect IWB teachingresources” has became the principal contradiction of teaching resources management based onthe the environment of IWB teaching at present. There are some problems in management, suchas replying construction emphatically, the sharing is bad, the utilization ratio is low, neglectingstudent’s position in managing etc., the management of teaching resources still stays on theaspect of the information management. All these have influenced the value of IWB teachingresources and improvement of the teaching benefit.The success of knowledge management theory used in enterprises has offered theopportunity for the idea of information management and technology used in the educational field.Knowledge management can offer a new thinking and a new method for the rational organizationand management of interactive electron white board teaching resources. This research apply theidea and thought of knowledge management to the management of IWB teaching resources, itregards the management of IWB teaching resources as a link, including knowledge collecting,organizing, applying,sharing,evaluating and producing new knowledge, and proposes the modelof teaching resources management based on knowledge management,besides this,the design ofIWB teaching resources administrative system based on knowledge management.In the hope ofrealizing the knowledge in the IWB teaching resources, promoting the promotion and the valueof teaching resources, realizing the sharing and innovation of IWB teaching resources.On the basis of reading a large amount of documents and materials,I have illuminated theresearch background, domestic and international research recapitulation, research method andresearch step, and the purpose and meaning of the research; Using documents method, and on thebasis of reading a large number of documents and monographs, I have explained the theory ofknowledge management, the principle of the IWB and relevant theory;Adopting the approach ofthe case, questionnaire investigation method and interview to investigate and analyze.Andanalyzed the current situation of IWB teaching resources management at present, and analyzedthe relationship between knowledge management and the teaching resources management; And explained the principle of the management, tried to build the model of the managing procedure;Besides these, the requirement analysis and the detailed designation of the platform with the angle ofthe software project is also included.
