Female college students’employment problem has attracted widespread concern of all sectors in the society. According to the MyCOS research studies of2011session of the college students, the underemployment of female graduates six months after graduation (i.e. engaged in femal graduates who have professional work or part-time job, and their monthly income is at the lowest25%) is higher than male graduates. In accordance with the investigation of the Ministry of Education, under the equivalent education level, the average of the initial contract monthly salaries of female students are quite lower than male students with serious employment discrimination. The causes of lower employment of female graduates are various, and the employment intentions deviation is one of the important reasons. Therefore, the strengthening discussion of female college students’employment intentions is particularly important.Studying the female college graduates’employment intentions from gender perspective,we can see that the parlance about the ability of men and women is the results of social, historical, cultural and other long-term construction factors rather than the so-called "facts"; The gender cognitive bias existing in traditional concept results in the single identity between both men and women. The alledged " females’careers" and "males’careers" are long-term construction of concepts instead of facts. This understanding deviation, can be changed, and the employment difficulties of female graduates which it led to is likely to be changed as well. This paper takes the female students from a comprehensive university in Shangdong for the study.
