After China resumed the college entrance examination policy in the 1970 s,the number of college students has increased.In particular,after the implementation of the university enrollment expansion policy in 1999 and the abolition of the new student distribution system in 2000,the difficulty of college students employment is the focus of social attention every graduation season.At the same time,the economic growth rate slowed down,and the employment market employment status became saturated.At the 13 th National People's Congress held in 2018,Premier Li Keqiang clearly pointed out that it is necessary to eliminate gender discrimination and make fairer employment a bright spot in China's development.Although our country's constitution has written equality between men and women into the basic national policy,because the traditional gender concept in the context of patriarchy is deeply rooted in the hearts of the people,female college students are subject to the employment division of the old gender concept,which makes them at a disadvantage in the labor market..Women are an important part of the historical process,and female college students are part of the high-education and high-education,and equal employment can represent the status of a woman in a country.First of all,by combing the relevant literature and research results of summarizing the employment dilemma of female college students at home and abroad,we know that most of the foreign countries are currently focusing on the employment problem of women,focusing on the construction of theoretical framework.Domestic scholars borrow more from abroad.The theory analyzes the current employment problems of female college students,most of which are research on employment discrimination.Use this as a reference to determine the research direction and explore the issue.Secondly,with the help of gender theory and social construction theory as the theoretical basis,the questionnaire survey method and in-depth interview method are used to analyze the employment dilemma and causes of female college students.This study selected female college students from S University as the research object,conducted a questionnaire survey on the employment predicament of 535 female collegestudents,and selected 6 female college students to conduct in-depth interviews.After analyzing the survey data and sorting out the interview content,first of all,it is found that the concept of natural gender is deeply rooted in the family environment of female college students.The concept of“heavy and frivolous”makes family resources tilt toward the hands and feet.Then,it was found that female college students themselves were also affected by the concept of “ heavy patriarchal women ”,which led to their family concept and low professional position,and they could not fully exert their subjective initiative to face the employment dilemma.Secondly,it is found that the male market dominates the discourse power in the labor market,and female college students are at a disadvantage.Finally,it was found that the equal employment laws and regulations were relatively vague,the implementation of the problem was difficult,and the punishment for violations was small,and the employment discrimination legislation also caused invisible employment discrimination.Based on the above,it has led to the employment dilemma of female college students.Through the above analysis,starting from the gender theory,social construction theory and physiological determinism,focusing on the selection of gender theory to improve the employment predicament of female college students,the following suggestions are proposed:the female college student group should establish and practice the equal employment concept of men and women;Improve the maternity security system and improve the anti-employment discrimination laws and regulations.For the male-led social environment,women's decision-making and discourse rights should be increased and a specialized agency for employment discrimination should be established.The mass media should shape the image of women's positive workplace and build a platform for equality between men and women.It is necessary to strengthen the employment guidance of female college students and help to screen effective employment information.
