Intervention Study Of ABC-X Model In The Work Stress Of New Generation Migrant Workers

As the trend of the times continues to push forward,there has also been a change in the group of migrant workers.The older generation of migrant workers have gradually withdrawn from urban development,and a new generation of migrant workers born after the 1980 s has become a major component of migrant workers in the new era..Due to the great transformation of the economic development mode,the traditional labor-intensive industries have been greatly affected,and the new generation of migrant workers also face new pressures different from the older generation of migrant workers.They can neither integrate into the town nor return to the countryside.The duality of identity makes it difficult for them to cope with the stressful events they are currently facing,which will inevitably have an adverse impact on individuals and society as a whole.This paper will focus on the research on the work pressure of the new generation of migrant workers.With the opportunity of internship in the new generation of migrant workers,through observation,interviews,questionnaires,etc.,we will comprehensively understand the current situation of the work pressure of the new generation of migrant workers.Based on this,this paper analyzes the sources of stress,stress response and coping styles of the new generation of migrant workers,discusses their needs in relieving work stress,finds breakthroughs in interventions,and intervenes in social work.Lay a good foundation.In the process of intervening on the work pressure of the new generation of migrant workers,the author reasonably selects the case service object and the team members,based on the dual ABC-X theoretical model proposed by the sociologists McCain and Patterson.Subjects conduct social work interventions;design and arrange different activities according to different stages of the intervention process;measure the work pressure of the service objects before and after,and use thequantitative analysis of the questionnaires before and after the evaluation of the service objects to effectively and effectively assessment.The research results show that the new generation of migrant workers have the following work pressure problems: First,the new generation of migrant workers have long working hours and high intensity and pressure;secondly,the overall education level is low and the ability consciousness is insufficient;third,social support is single,interpersonal Difficulty in communication;Fourth,the mode of entertainment and decompression is monotonous,and it is difficult to effectively suppress;fifth,the difficulty of career development and low sense of self-worth.Through the overall evaluation of the effectiveness of social work interventions,the study believes that the social work integration practice method is helping the new generation of migrant workers to integrate their personal resources and external environmental resources,enhance stress and emotional perception,master scientific and effective pressure-gathering methods,and establish rational decompression consciousness,consolidation and establishment of a close social support network,and improved support utilization have a positive role that can not be ignored,and can effectively alleviate the work pressure of the new generation of migrant workers.
