Implementation Of The Strategy Of Group Work Involved Who Have Lost Children’s Bad Behavior Correction

In recent years, with the rapid growth of economic, the level of social welfare gets significant improvement.At the same time, child welfare attracts more and more attention from the community. The abandoned children who live in Chinese welfare institutions is a special group. They are below16years of age and lack of parental care and attention. These abandoned children have no material matter to worry about, but the custodian or guardian of the abandoned children seldom consider their spiritual needs. As a result of the influence of environmental factors, these abandoned children tend to do or come up with something that out of the misconduct. These harmful behaviors will seriously hamper the development of abandoned children and will also cause serious injury to them. Therefore, group work intervention is necessary.By virtue of the4-month internship as a social worker in service center of Pingshan, Shenzhen Datong, I got enough information about the abandoned children’s family background, lifestyle and personal factors. Through analysis on present research at home and abroad and combine these with the performance characteristics of the deviant behavior of abandoned children, I attempt to use group work as the main method of work to rectify the misconduct of abandoned children. In the course of specific research, respectively, I analysed the influence of the involving of group work to the abandoned children’s deviant behavior from the analysis of the theoretical and practical ways. On the basis of these, I raised specific strategies about how group work involve to abandoned children and raise their deviant behavior.
