The Research On Team Work In Improving The Social Skill Of Children With ASD

ASD is known as the "star child",each person is a small planet,immersed in their own simple world.The phenomenon of ASD has attracted more and more attention from all field,especially children.Social interaction disorder is a core defect in ASD.They are unable to conduct normal social activities and establish normal social relationships.If autistic children do not receive timely and accurate judgment and humanized intervention,it will not only affect the normal socialization of children,but also bring heavy burden and pressure to the family.They urgently need to take active and effective intervention and treatment to improve their core social impairment.At present,the more common practice in the treatment and intervention of autistic children in hospitals is drug treatment and psychological intervention.Based on Y city maternal and child health care,for example,randomly selected from 10 health care of the rehabilitation of children with autism as the research object,the selection of autistic children as control group with 10 yuan,through literature analysis,depth interviews,etc.,analysis of children with autism social status and problems of assessment of autistic children’s social skills and social needs.Through the study,it is found that in addition to pathological social dysfunction and other factors,the factors that affect the normal socialization of autistic children also include personal physical and mental system,hospital(community)system,social system,family system,parents’ needs and intervention attitude and many other factors.Due to the limited sample size,the above analysis is limited to the analysis of a maternal and child health hospital in Y City,and a more comprehensive explanation of the causes of the study is explored on this basis.From the perspective of "enhancing energy" theory,this study intervenes the behavior,belief,emotion,skill and other factors of the service object and its family members from the perspective of social work and based on the developmental mode of group work.In the process of service,help service objects to stimulate and tap their deep social potential,help them regain their personal power,increase their self-concept,sense of self-esteem,sense of dignity and sense of importance,and help family members of service objects to know that their sense of powerlessness can be changed.Links at the same time help the service object,explore,and to identify and expand all kinds of social support networks,faced up to their personal support systems,recognition from families,hospitals,communities,peer social support system of children with autism and their families played a supporting role and the autistic children achieved the purpose of social energized,gradually implement social integration is beneficial to autistic children.Through the study and put forward,the problem of social work intervention in autism children social barriers,is rehabilitation of autistic children in the hospital complement and development of social work intervention in combination,and timely intervention in autism children’s early social problems,effectively avoid develop into more severe autism developmental problems and avoid potential of personality and social risk.
